Lilla and Robert are buried in Fairmount Cemetery, San Angelo, TX.

She was born February 25, 1872 in Alabama to John Oliver Melton and Sarah Jane Lowe. He was an engineer and worked for the city of Columbus. They had one child. Robert Wilson Kerr Sr was born January 4, 1851 in Philadelphia, PA to William Bennett Kerr and Rebecca Wilson.
