House and Contents Burned
The house and practically all the contents belonging to Mr. and Mrs Ray Eyer,
of north of Knoxville, burned Monday morning of this week. Mr. Eyer and the
children had gone to town, when Mrs. Eyer discovered the house on fire.
There being no phone in the house she ran to a neighbor's for help and they
were gone also. She then returned to the house and manages to get out just a
small portion of the contents. Mrs. Eyer is the daughter of Mrs. Belle
Butterfield of this place.
