[407] Christopher II had 12 Children, the first Col Chirstopher, thenJoseph, Elijah, Ann, George, Elizabeth, Thankful, Lydia, Elijah,Jabez, Oliver, & Mary. The second born Joseph will continue on downto the Coy line.

Christopher kept careful and curious records of all of his childrengiving day, hour, and planetary hour of each birth, with the sign ofthe zodiac under each. All of his surviving children, exceptChristopher (Jr), who was baptized as an infant, were baptized in St.Paul's Church soon after he deceased. Mr. Champlin died on hisestate in Westerly and his will of 10.12.1734 was proved and hisexecutor son Christopher got the bulk of the estate, including3703.lbs, Joseph, George, Jabez, Oliver all 500.lbs at 23 years ofage. Ann & Elizabeth 300 each, and daughter Mary 400 all at 25 years,Wife Elizabeth 400.lbs in addition to profits, estate, cost of raisingthe children and a long list of inventory.

Christopher represented Westerly in the General Assembly in 1723 and1726.
