[592] Michael married Mary Enos on March 8, 1789. There are several versionsas to the identity of who her parents and when she was born and died.One version has her having been born on July 9, 1767 the daughter ofStephen Enos and Mary Rock, and dying on January 7, 1840. Anotherversion says that she was the daughter of John R. Enos and MaryMorrison, and was born in June 1769, dying on June 4, 1840. The firstversion is the more likely. The inscription on her gravestone wasgenerally unreadable. Michael and Mary had six children:

The 1790 Census showed the family living in South Kingstown Town, RIwith 1 White Male over 16 Head of Family....and 3 females inludingheads of household.

That same year the New York Census showed the same family in AlbanyCty at Stepentown Town...NY....which is an example of the duplicationthat was present during the first Census.
This shows that the family had begun to migrate from the East to NYduring this year.

In the 1774 RI Census showed them as 1 Male over 16, 1 Male under 16,1 Female over 16 and 1 female under 16...
