The following soldiers who served w/ the 15th Ala Inf Rgt from Barbour are buried in the University of Virginia
Confederate Cemetery at Charlottsville:

W.D. Mosely, a farmer from Midway, age 20; Sgt, Co B, wounded at Cross Keys Jun 18, 1862, d. about a week
later.

William Garland, a farmer from Fort Browder, age 17; Pvt, Co D, wounded at Cross Keys and d. about three
weeks later.

William Gill, a Shoemaker from Glennville, age 50; Pvt., Co H.

William Helms, a farmer from Clayton, age 22; Pvt., Co D.

Lewis J. Johns, a farmer from Pine Grove, age 25; Pvt., Co B.

Thomas L. Ray, a farmer from King's, age 19; Pvt., Co H, d. May 1862
