1st.  History of this Church to the South Alabama Presbytery.

Question first:  Pea River.

2nd:  State of Ala. Barbour Co. Fourteen Miles S.W. of Clayton

None.

3rd.  Cost One Thousand Dollars.  Constructed of Wood

4th.  Organized in 1827.

5th.  Organized by W. H. Kennedy and Gray of the South Carolina Presbytery

6th.  Officers, George B. Kehey and Gilbert McEchern Elders and Miles
McInnis, Deacon.

7th.  Members  Eleven.

8th.  Pastors and stated supplies from 1827 to 1854 are as follows:

        Kennedy                            The Church Book up to that
        Dunam
        Martin                             time being misplaced.
        McCormic
        Mooney
        Patterson, Rev. M. A.              was removed in Aug. 1859 to
                                           Ouchita Presbytery,
                                           Mount Holly Church, Ark.

In 1860, Rev. A. D. Campbell was employed as stated supply, until March
1862.  Moved from here to Clayton and remained there until death, date not
known.

Rev. C. A. Bake served as stated supply from January 1863 to July 1865.
Moved from here Orion or Opelika and still remains in this Presbytery.

Rev. J. A. Wallace was employed as stated supply from June, 1866 to March
1870.  Moved to Bethel Church.

Rev. J. C. Sturgeon was employed in Nov. 1871 as pastor.  His pastoral
relations dissolved April, 1873.  Still in this Presbytery.

     Rev. J. L. Reed was employed as Pastor from April 12th, 1873 to April
the 4th, 1885, moved to Virginia.

     Rev. C. M. Shepperson was employed as Pastor.

     Dec. 1885 Pastoral relations dissolved.

     April, 1891 moved to Summerville, Tennessee.

     Rev. S. C. Alexander was employed as stated suppl from July until we
called a pastor.

9th.  List of Elders:  Commencing in the year 1854:  F. A. McRae, M. C.
Martin, Gilbert McEacheron, Daiel Curry,
Daniel Curry, Deceast October 11, 1867.
F. A. McRae     "       "         1858.
M. D. Martin    "       "         1860.

In 1859, John N. McRae, John M. McRae, T. F. Baxter were elected Elders.
John N. McRae, deseast, 1864.  John McRae moved to Arkansas in 1859.

1860 D. M. McDonald, R. B. McDonald and Daniel Martin were elected Elders.
R. B. McDonald deseast in 1867.

D. W. McLean, C. M. McRae, S. N. McInnis was elected elders.  C. M. McRae
dismissed to Union Springs.  S. N. McInnis dismissed to Carlton in 1887.

F. M. Cordamon, Francis McRae, J. W. Shipman, Sr. Thomas Patterson were
elected elders.

10th.  List of Deacons from 1854.  Miles McEnnis (deseast 1876).  M. A.
Martin, J. J. Capel were elected Deacons, J. J. Capel moved to Texas.

In 1872, John McDonald, A. A. McLean, J. A. Baxter elected deacons.  In 1882
Charlie Jones, William Henderson elected deacons.

11th.  History of Sabbath School.
We answer it:  Moderately good.

12th:  Outpourings of the Holy Spirit in 1855, 1869, 1887.

13th.  We cannot give the number so we say the number has been emmence.

14th  Presbyterys.

     3rd. South Ala. Pres.
