Interment Made This Afternoon At The Smyrna Cemetery
Patrolman Jack Holland, who died yesterday afternoon at 3:30 was buried this
afternoon at Smyna cemetery.
The funeral services took place at the home at noon and a 1 o'clock the body
was taken to Smyna cemetery where the internment was made.
Mr. Holland was one of the most active officers on the Dothan force, and his
services will be greatly missed by the city. He had many friend here who
regret to learn of his sudden death.
He is survived by a wife and several children, five of whom were present at
the time of his death. The other two arrived this morning from Barbour
county.
Mr. Holland was a member of the Masonic and Woodman orders. The Woodman had
charge of the death.
