DAVID ELLISON TILLMAN
DAVID ELLISON TILLMAN, son of James) and Mary (Davis) Tillman, was b. Nov. 26, 1852, in Barbour County, Alabama, and d. Oct. 10, 1930, in Birmingham, Alabama. He m. firstly 1875, Angelo Cox. Issue: James Edmond, b. 1878, who is now living in Geneva, Georgia. Mr. Tillman m. secondly May 17, 1888, Mary Waters Schoppert, who was b. July 19, 1870, and who is now living 1007 South 28th Street, Birmingham, Alabama. Issue by second marriage: David Ellison, b. July 22, 1889, and d. July 21, 1890: Mary Sue, b. Oct. 20, 1890, John Patrick, b. May 20, 1892, Joseph Daniel, b. Oct. 26, 1894, Cora Belle, b. Dec. 16, 1899, Virginia Alice, b. Apr. 21, 1907, and Mildred Fletcher, b. Mar. 2, 1909.
