JOHN CLARK HAS SECURED A JOB AT THE GRAVEL PIT SOUTH OF THIS PLACE.

HALLIE JOHNSTON LEFT FOR ST. PAUL LAST WEEK. HE IS PLANNING TO SPEND THE SUMMER THERE.

DAN O'STEEN WHOM WE REPORTED LAST WEEK AS BEING IN A DANGEROUS CONDITION IS IMPROVING .

MRS. SALLIE BENSON OF WALNUT RIDGE IS VISITING HER DAUGHTER , MRS. TENNIE GRAMLING.

THE FRIENDS OF MISS MARY WILLIAMSON WILL BE GLAD TO LEARN THAT SHE IS RECOVERING.

REV. CASTLEBERRY LEFT MONDAY FOR BATESVILLE. HE IS TO RETURN SATURDAY.

REV. STUART FILLED HIS REGULAR APPOINTMENTS AT ROCK HILL SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

MISSES EDNA McELWEE AND PEARL OWENS RETURNED SUNDAY FROM MARMADUKE WHERE THEY WERE VISITING FRIENDS.

THREE NEW RESIDENCES HAVE BEEN BUILT IN OUR COMMUNITY. THEY ARE THE PROPERTY OF JOHN GARLAND , MR. MOSELY AND JOHN LAMBERT.

THERE WILL BE A EASTER PROGRAM HELD AT PRUET'S CHAPEL SUNDAY NIGHT.
