MRS. A.H. DUNHAM OF WEST THOMPSON STREET ENTERTAINED HER SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS SATURDAY AFTERNOON WITH AN EASTER EGG HUNT. MRS. DUNHAM IS TEACHER OF THE PRIMARY CLASS OF THE SOUTH SIDE MISSION CHURCH, A BRANCH OF THE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH.

REFRESHMENTS OF ICE CREAM , COOKIES , DR. PEPPERS AND CANDY EASTER EGGS WERE SERVED TO CARMON ARMSTRONG , VIOLET McPHESSON , CHARLES BACON , JAMES STAGE AND GARY HYDE.

THE WOMAN'S MISSIONARY SOCIETY OF THE STANFORD METHODIST CHURCH MET THURSDAY AFTERNOON AT THE HOME OF MRS. BEN HARRIS . CHAPTERS IN THE BOOK OF MATTHEW WERE DISCUSSED BY MRS. G.S. SELF , MRS. EARL GRAMLING , MRS. BEN HARRIS , MRS. MATHIS HALLEY AND MRS. S.M. SELF.

MRS. S.M. SELF , PRESIDENT , CONDUCTED A SHORT BUSINESS SESSION , MRS. H.G. GREGORY , MRS. EARL GRAMLING AND MRS. BRODIE ROBB MADE THEIR REPORTS FOR THE LAST QUARTERS'S WORK. AN INTERESTING REPORT WAS MADE BY THE LOCAL COMMITTEE.

MRS. HAYS TRIPLETT WAS CHOSEN AS A DELEGATE TO ATTEND THE MEETING IN CONWAY MARCH 26-28 . THE NEXT MEETING WILL BE HELD APRIL 4, AT THE COUNTY FARM. DELICIOUS REFRESHMENTS OF JELLO, TOPPED WITH WHIPPED CREAM , AND CAKE WERE SERVED TO 13 MEMBERS AND THREE VISITORS PRESENT.
