GOD MADE ARKANSAS FIRST INDIAMONDS WHO MADE US 46TH IN EDUCATION?

If you can answer that question without shame, keep your dollar. If not, invest it in the Forward Education Movement where it buys an annual membership in the Citizen’s Section of the Arkansas Educational Association. It will be spent on three objects:

1.        A $100 professional library for rural teachers in every county of the state.

2.       The organizational supervision of “Opportunity Schools” for the 300,000 adults of the state who cannot read or write.

3.       A survey of our public school system beginning with the one rural school and working up.
