Arkansas Convicts on Roads

       Little Rock, Ark., April 13, -- A bill providing for the working of state convicts on the public roads, modeled after the Georgia law which recently became operative, was passed by the house today. The bill, which has already passed the Senate, will become a law immediately after it is signed.
