ASSIGNS FOREVER , THE FOLLOWING LANDS LYING IN THE COUNTY OF GREENE AND STATE OF ARKANSAS ,

BEGINNING FORTY RODS FROM THE NORTH EAST CORNER OF SE OF THE NW OF S . 35. RUNNING SOUTH 2 1/2

RDS THENCE WEST 8 RDS THENCE NORTH 2 1/2 RDS THENCE EAST TO PLACE OF BEGINNING CONTAINING ONE (1/8)

EIGHT OF AN ACRE .

TO HAVE TO HOLD THE SAME UNTO SAID GRAVE YARD TRUSTEES THAT WE WILL

FOREVER WARRANT AND DEFEND THE TITLE TO SAID LANDS AGAINST ALL LAWFUL CLAIMS WHATEVER.

AND I SARAH BUTTREY WIFE OF THE SAID J.H. BUTTREY FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SAID SUM OF MONEY

DO HEREBY RELEASE AND RELINQUISH UNTO THE SAID GRAVE YARD TRUSTEES ALL MY RIGHTS

OF DOWER AND HOMESTEAD IN AND TO THE SAID LAND .

EXECUTED THE SAME FOR THE CONSIDERATION AND PURPOSE THEREIN MENTIONED OF THE SAID J.H. BUTTREY TO ME

WELL KNOWN , AND IN THE ABSENCE OF HER SAID HUSBAND DECLARED THAT SHE HAD OF HER OWN FREE WILL

SIGNED AND SEALED THE RELINQUISHMENT OF DOWER AND HOMESTEAD IN THE FOREGOING

DEED FOR THE CONSIDERATION AND PURPOSES THEREIN CONTAINED AND SET FORTH , WITHOUT COMPULSION

OR UNDUE INFLUENCE OF HER SAID HUSBAND .
