For the purpose of saving some of my thoughts of my everyday life , and to enable me in the future , to continuing to fill with pleasure , both the joys and sorrows that affect me now , this diary is written.

This diary is on Microfilm at the Greene Co. Library it was purchased from the Arkansas History Commission. Any information on the source of the diary would need to come from AHC. The diary was very hard to read at some points it will take quite a while to transcribe it all so please be patient.
