Epsaba Community Founded by : Dennis Cole - Father of 26 Children.
1796 - 1878
The naming of Epsaba was named after Epsabah Baptist Church were the Cole Family moved from in North Carolina .
After the Cole Family moved to Greene County , Arkansas they donated land for the Cemetery and Founded the Epsaba Community.
They were asked what they were going to name the Cemetery and Community , and one member said "Epsaba" without the "H" at the end.
