Heirs of H.W. Glasscock

The Courts finds that H. W. Glasscock died instate in Greene County , Arkansas

as it is said on or about the -- day 0f -- 1901 . Having at the time of his death personal

property in this state which may be lost , destroyed or diminished in value

if speedy care be not taken of the same. This day comes M. F. Collier Admr of H.W.

Glasscock dec'd the owner in fee of the lands herein before described

and leaving him as his sole and only heirs at law his widow , A.S. Glasscock ,

and the following children :

A.H. GLASSCOCK

ANNETTA SMITH

SUDIE CRAWFORD

JENNIE HAYS

H.F. GLASSCOCK

that since his death Jennie Hays has departed this life intestate , leaving

surving her as her sole heirs at law her husband R.R. Hays and the following

children: Anetta and Kathleen Hays , that H. F. Glasscock has since

the death of H.W. Glasscock has since departed his life leaving surving him his sole

and only heirs at law his widow J.N.C.Glasscock , caused a decree to be entered

in this court whereby he was to have one half of all lands inherited from his father

estate and children , except Earl Glasscock were to have the remaining half interest.

And it appearing that this decree was rendered at the

November Term A.D. 1905 of this said court but was not entered of record

the same is entered now for then.
