                            James Gladish

        James Gladish, 92, a Green County resident for 52 years died 5:50 p.m. Thursday at Paragould Hospital. A native of Haywood County, Tenn he was retired farmer and a factory worker.

            Survivors include his wife, Lou, three sons, Lee and Ted, both of Paragould and Cecil of Flint, 4 daughters, Loucenda Campbell and Helen Morton of Paragould, Opal Damon of Ohio, Dean Hammon of Flint, Mich., one sister, Mrs. Sally Phearson of Ohio. Funeral services were held Sunday on Shilo Church by Emmit Smith. Burial was in Shilo Cemetery by Mitchell Funeral Home.

                          Lou C. Gladish

 

Lou C. Gladish, 92, a resident of Paragould Home for the Golden Years, died there Monday. She was a member of Mulberry Church of Christ, was the widow of Jim Gladish and was a homemaker.

            Survivors include two sons, Lee and Cecil Gladish, both of Paragould; three daughters, Opal Cash and Helen Morton, both of Paragould, and Margidean Hammon of Flint, Mich.; a step-daughter, Loucindia Campbell of Paragould; a sister, Anna Mae Williams of Paragould; 15 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and several step grandchildren.

            The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Mitchell Funeral Home chapel with Maurice Greenway officiating. Burial will be at Shiloh Cemetery.

            Visitation will begin after 5 p.m. today at Mitchell Funeral Home.

            Pallbearers will be Otto Morton, Ted Hammon, Ron Hammon, Kenneth Gladish, Terry Gladish and Doug Gladish.
