   St. Louis, June 11. --- A special from Little Rock, Ark., to The Evening Chronicle says: Word reached here that Joe Parent, who was shot from ambush near Green Ridge, Ark., had not died from his wounds, but met a more terrible fate. Parent had been warned to leave the country, being suspected of murder. Failing to do so, he was shot and while wounded was dragged from his house and hanged by a mob.
