KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WE T.B. KITCHENS , J.H. KITCHENS , R.L. ALEXANDER , R.A. MARKHAM , WILLIAM GRANT , L. MCHANEY , J.N. MARKHART AND JOHN O'STEEN , DEACONS AND TRUSTEES OF THE MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH OF PARAGOULD , ARKANSAS

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE PAYMENT IN FULL OF TWO PROMISSORY NOTES EXECUTED TO SAID PARTIES ABOVE NAMED AS SUCH DECONS AND TRUSTEES AS AFORESAID , EDWARD L. MARKHAM AND JAMES C. MARKHAM ON THE 17TH DAY OF JUNE A.D. 1905 AND DESCRIBED AND SET FORTH AS A LIEN NOTES IN A CERTAIN DEED OF CONVEYANCE EXECUTED ON SAID DAY 17TH DAY OF JUNE , 1905 AND RECORDED IN DEED RECORD NO. 34 ON PAGE 219 OF THE RECORDS OF GREENE COUNTY , ARKANSAS

CONVEYING TO SAID EDWARD L. MARKHAM AND JAMES C. MARKHAM ON THE 17TH DAY OF JUNE A.D. 190D AND DESCRIBED AND SET FORTH AS A LIEN NOTES IN A CERTAIN DEED OF CONVEYANCE EXECUTED ON SAID DAY 17TH DAY OF JUNE , 1905 AND RECORDED IN DEED RECORD OF THE RECORDS OF GREENE COUNTY ,

CONVEYING TO SAID EDWARD L. MARKHAM AND JAMES C. MARKHAM THE SOUTH HALF OF LOT 5 IN BLOCK 4 OF THE CITY OF PARAGOULD , ARKANSAS WHICH SAID NOTES HAVE BEEN FULLY PAID OR HEREBY RELEASE AND RELINQUISH UNTO THE SAID EDWARD L. MARKHAM AND JAMES C. MARKHAM AND HEIRS AND ASSIGNS FOREVER ,

THE LIEN CREATED BY SAID TWO NOTES DESCRIBED AND SET FORTH DEED AS AFORESAID WHICH SAID LIEN NOTES HAVE BEEN FULLY PAID AND DISCHARGED .
