Mobley Cemetery and Plantation

On our research trip a fellow that had worked for the local gas company and lived in the area for years , stopped and told us about this cemetery that was just up the road from Scatterville . The cemetery was located on the Mobley Plantation in a open pasture . Note the toombstones marked colored we were told those stones were the slaves.
