Vesting Order

On this day comes B.H. Crowley as Attorney for the minor heirs of Sarah Eubanks , Dec'd

and files herein an appraisement of the real and personnel property belonging to said deceased

made by John Bradshear , Daniel Beauchamp , and W.M. Griggs three

disinterested appraisers duly qualified and praying that said property be absolutley

vested in Julius E. , Joseph B. , Alla A. , James P. , Henry G. , Thomas L. ,

Sarah A. Eubanks and James Dow Norman heirs at law said deceased , and it

appearing to the court that said minors are entitled to the property embraced

in said appraisment , it is therefore ordered by the Court that said property be

and the same is hereby vested absolutley in Julis e. , Joseph b. Alla A ., James P.,

Henry G. , Thomas L. , Sarah A. Eubanks and James Dow Norman , heirs

at law of the said deceased which property is as follows towit:
