Yesterday’s yellow fever reports show 183 new cases of
yellow fever and 29 deaths in New Orleans, 34 deaths in Memphis,
92 new deaths in Baton Rouge (since Saturday), and 14 new cases
and 9 deaths in Chattanooga. The fever continues to spread in the
country districts, and is now epidemic in Helena, Arkansas.
