There were Tonto Apache Indian burials in the forest near Gisela:

BREAD,Constant / CHIMNEY,John / PIERSON,Tom / RABBIT,Obed

There are six unmarked graves in Payson Pioneer Cemetery,said to be Indian burals.This has not been confirmed as of yet.
