| An act relating to the opening of streets through cemeteries. {Approved April 24, 1911.] | |
The people of the State of California, represented in Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows: Section
1. No streets, alleys or roads shall be opened or laid
out within the boundary lines of any cemetery located in whole or in
part within the lines of any city or city and county of this state,
where burials have been had within five years prior thereto, without the
consent of the corporation or association owning and controlling such
cemetery. |
