Happy Homestead Cemetery District Chapter 7 of Health and Safety Code 8950 `POWERS". District shall be governed and managed by 3 or 5 trustees, as specified in the petition for the formation. Trustees shall hold office 4 years and until the appointment and qualifications of their successors and shall be appointed from the electors residing within the district. Trustees serve without compensation, but the necessary expenses for traveling in connections with meetings shall be paid. File: LHR 249.
