Note the use of "our village burial ground" in the first sentence of this article. This evidences that the public regarded the Pacheco Cemetery to be the cemetery of the community. The way in which the public regarded the cemetery is considered by most courts as acceptable evidence where properties are of this age and there is no one living today to testify to such facts.
