19. The cause of Death should probably be Diarreaha; the word is consistently misspelled as Diarroeah throughout the records

22. The parent's names are written very small with the notations father and mother above them in the space allowed; in between the names is what appears to be (first marriage)

27. Might also be either Henniplegia or Henuiplegia

33. The cause of Death should probalby be Diarreaha; McNu?ty could be McNutty or McNulty

35. Darkness of copy in lower left corner makes the first name unreadable; first letter is completely obscured, next three or four letters are all small letters going neither above or below the height of a "m" or "r"

37. Darkness of copy in lower left corner make the first letters of the first name unreadable; they may be "Theo" making the Theodora, or the feminine version the the father's name; the mother's name might have an "on" following the Mari" but there are at least two additional letters following which are indecipherable.
