Jon Jones, Robert, Robert French, James Brown, Thomas Cox, John Wilkinson, John Parish, William Clarke, Benjamin Leggett, John Lamar, William McDowell, Jesse Jourdan, Robert Murchinson, Isaac Lewis, Moses McNeely, Jacob Boyet, William Neal, John Allen, James Lamar, Michael Kelley, Benjamin Tarver, Solomon Wood, Nancy Brown, A. Hammond, Samuel Alexander and Elisha Neil.
John Broome, Tax Collector of Burke County advertised that he would sell 100 acres in that county, a part of a 500 acre tract granted to George Berry and joining Henry Young to satisfy tax of 1799.

Mr. Homer Virgil Milton, son of Co. John Milton of Burke County, had married Eliza Robinson, daughter of Walter Robinson, Esq. "on Thursday evening last."
Daniel Gartman had applied for letter of Administration on the estate of Bartholomew Gartman, late of Jefferson County, deceased.
James Bozeman, merchant, "of this place," had been married to Miss Julia Monger of Wilkes County.
A Collector's Sale for Jefferson County was advertised to be held this second Saturda in July to satisfy taxes due for 1800, to wit:
100 acres in Jefferson County on Reddy Creek adjoining Moses Thompson granted to J. Hunter. Taken as property of Henry Slem (Tax due $ 0.53)
650 acres on Brier Creek in Richmond County granted to James Fergerson, taken as property of Ebenezer Folsome (Tax due $1.10)
250 acres on Brushy Creek in Jefferson County joining John Twiggs granted to William Darsey. Taken as property of Samuel Briggs (Tax due $0.67)
575 acres on Rae's Creek in Jackson County, taken as property of Balassinghame Harvey (Tax due $8.20)
300 acres joining Wyche in Richmond County, taken as property of Chesley Bostick Jr. (Tax due $8.96)
575 acres of north fork of Oconee River in Jackson County joining Pope and Marbury, granted to David Thurmond, taken as property of Peter J. Carnes, Esq. (Tax due $22.68)

200 acres on Williamson Swamp Creek in Jefferson County adjoining Solomon Wood, granted to Vallin Tharp (Vallentine Tharpe?) Taken as property of Peter Chastin. (Tax due $2.30)
260 acres on Ogeechee River granted to Thomas Wasdin. Taken as property of said Wasdin (Wasden?) (Taxes due $0.73)
(Land was classified as first, second and third quality and is separate entry was made for pine land on the tax digest. This would have a bearing on the amount of taxes paid by individual land owners.)
