Billy L. Boulineau, 80, of Wrens died Monday, March 12, 2007, at Jefferson Hospital.  A native of Jefferson County, was the son of the late Joe and Ethel Boulineau.  He was retired from Civil Service and was a member of Way’s Baptist Church. The funeral conducted at James Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial was at Way’s Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Agnes Boulineau; one daughter, Debra (Steve) Norton, Wrens; two grandchildren, Annie and Johnnie Norton; a sister, Nelle Irwin, Louisville; a brother, John T. Boulineau Sr., Augusta. James Funeral Home was in charge.
