CARTER

Mrs. Aradella Lavinia Carter, died Saturday January 26, 1811 after a short illness.  She was the youngest daughter of John Carter of the city-Augusta.  Formerly of Richmond, Virginia.

J. C. Carter, age 61, died 3-12-1945 at his brother's home, Mr. J. P. Carter, near Ehrhardt.  Funeral services at Carters Ford Church. Interment in the churchyard cemetery. survivors-two sons, Thomas H. Carter, J. P. Carter, both of Ehrhardt, and one sister, Miss Lou Carter of Fairfax.
