James Carl Cooper, age 69, of Mitchell, Ga, died 5-7-1969 in a Louisville hospital.  Funeral services held at Zion Methodist Church near Mitchell, Ga. Interment in the Cooper Family Cemetery near Mitchell.  Bethea Funeral Home.
