John Willie McGlohn, 66, of Millen Georgia, died Wednesday, 2-4-1970.  Funeral services held at Little Horse Creek Baptist Church, Screven County were he was also a member.   Interment in the church cemetery.  A native of Screven County, Ga., he was a retired farmer.  Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. R. A. Golden, Millen, Mrs. Rubine Pierce, Sylvania, Ga., Mrs. Byron Quick, Waynesboro, Georgia., and Mrs. Gene Robinson, Macon; son, Floyd Chance,Millen; sister, Mrs. Eva Wilson, Savannah; a brother, Oscar McGlohn.  (TAC)

 William O. McGlohon (Bill) 51, of Clearwater SC died Sunday at Forest Hills VA Hospital, Augusta,Ga, March 25, 1962, after an illness of four months.  He was born July 24, 1910 at Swainsboro, and attended public school here.  Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2 pm at the Mark and Marcus Funeral Home with the Rev. Howard Scarboro officiating. Survivors include his wife, the former, Wilma Morris, his daughter, Carolina McGlohon of Cowpens SC, two sisters, Mrs. R. C. William O. "Bill" McGlohorn age 51 of Clearwater, SC died at Fort Hills Va hospital on March 25, 1962.  His body was conveyed to Tennille, Ga for funeral and interment services.  Poteet Funeral home incharge.  (TAC) This was another article that was listed in The Augusta Chronicle.  The last name is completely spelled different from the first article listed above.
