Pittman

Gilbert A. Pittman, age 37, of Deans Bridge Rd., died at a local hospital, 4-10-1954.  Survivors: wife, Mrs. Mary McCoy Pittman; sons, Alfred W. Pittman and Jerry D. Pittman of Augusta; daughters, Miss Frances J. Pittman and Gayle Pittman of Augusta; mother, Mrs. T. A. Pittman of Augusta; brothers, Delma, Tom, T. A. Pittman of Augusta and Jack Pittman of Korea; sisters, Mrs. Thelma and Mrs. Elsie Gay of Dublin, Mrs. Edith Howell and Mrs. Eloise Brooks of Wrens and Mrs. Hazel Milton of Augusta, Ga.

Natalie Duke Pittman, age 80 of Augusta, Georgia entered into rest on 8-27-2008.  A retired personal care giver, she was a Christian lady.  Funeral services at Ways Baptist Church.  Interment in the church cemetery.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmar E. Pittman; her parents, Dorsey and Alma Wren Duke.  Survivors include her children, Keith (Ponda) Pittman, Stapleon, Ga, Danny (Debbie) Pittman, Hephzibah, Ga, Mark (Kathryn) Pittman, Martinez, Ga, and Dale (Jerry) Seber, Statesboro, Ga; sisters, Jean Johnson, Texas, and Annette Usry, Wrens, Ga; brothers, Randy Duke, Glen Duke and John Duke all of Wrens, Ga.

Tobe "T.A." Pittman, age 76, died 6-16-2007 at Trinity Hospital.  Interment in Pine Grove Baptist Church. Served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and retired from the construction business. Survivors include a daughter; Patty (Shawn) Danklef, son; Tobe (Melissa) Pittman, sister; Eloise Alma Pittman Brooks; He is preceded in death by his son, Jeff Pittman.
