Reese

William T. Reese, died January 7, 1930 age 60, at the home of his son, Roland Reese, 10 miles from Thomson, Ga.  Farmer and merchant of Wrens, Ga. Interment in Pine Grove Baptist Church near Thomson, Ga.  Survived by his wife; daughters, Mrs. C. R. Newby, Harlem, Mrs. S. T. Hyman, Norwood, and Miss Myrtle Reese, Wrens, Ga; sons, Roland Reese, Thomson, Clyde Reese, Detroit Mich., Linton Reese, Wrens, Floyd Reese, Augusta, Ga and W. T Reese, Jr., Wrens.; brothers, Ben Reese, Camak, Ga., Jessie Reese, Norwood, Ga., and Dosh Reese, Madison, Ga; sisters, Mrs. Hattie Heie and Mrs. Rosie Heie, both of Camak, Ga.

Mary Lou Adams Reese, died July 15, 1973, age 73.  Wife of Claude E. Reese.  Funeral conducted at the Woodlawn Baptist Church.  Interment in Pleasant Grove Church cemetery.  A native of Jefferson County, but had lived in Augusta for 35 years. A member of the Woodlawn Baptist Church.  Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Robert L. McKee and Mrs. Jack Bearden, Augusta; one sister, Mrs. Joe Brooks, Avera, Ga. Elliott Sons Funeral Home.
