Ruley

Mercedes Cherry Arrington Ruley, born on September 9, 1929 and died October 15, 1983.  She died in a Richmond County hospital.  The funeral will be conducted at First Congregational Methodist Church.  Interment will be in the Keysville Baptist Church cemetery. She was a native of Barcelona, Spain, and lived in Augusta for 10 years.  She was a retired seamstress and a member of First Congregational Methodist Church.  Survivors include three sons, William (Buddy) Arrington, Wesley Arrington and Anthony (Tony) Arrington, all of Hephzibah; and three daughters, Lydia Newsome, Augusta, Edith Mauney, Norcross, and Katherine Brooks, Clearwater, S.C.  Elliott Sons Funeral Home in charge.
