Saxon

Saxon, Lewis Edward,Jr. - age 33, died 9-27-2004 at the Medical College of Georgia.  Funeral services will be at DeLoach-Kennedy Funeral Home Chapel with The Rev. Wayne Dixon officiating.  Native of Burke County and was a member of the Greenfork Baptist Church in Perkins.  A 1990 graduate of Burke County High Schhol, he was presently employed with Starette Trucking Company.  He was a member of the United Kennel Club.  He is survived by his wife, Melissa Griffin Saxon; daughters, Macie and Samantha Saxon; son, Edward Saxon, all of Perkins; mother, Faye S. Pleasants (Richard) of Millen; sister, Teresa Johnson (Pat) of Waynesboro; brother, George Edward Saxon (Cindy) of Millen; father-in-law, Howard Griffin (Cindy) of Hephzibah; mother-in-law, Susan Ligon (Larry) of Augusta; sister-in-law, Heather Edwards (Bill) of Martinez.
