Receipt for $350.00, Sandersville, Ga, March 6, 1920.

On October 15th, 1920 after date, I promise to pay W. J. Sheppard, of Sandersville, Ga., or order Three Hundred Fifty dollars for value received at Banking House of Louis Cohen, of Sandersville, Ga., with interest from Maturity at 8 per cent. payable annually, and for the consideration above expressed I hereby expressly waive all rights of homestead and exemption in and of all the property owned now or hereafter acquired by me, in so far as I am permitted by law to waive the same this note is given for rent my land 55 acres situated in the 93nd district in Washington County State of Ga.

On back of the receipt from the one above.

For ? in consideration my renting Fifty Five (55) acres of my land to  Hardy butler for the year 1920 said land situated in the 93nd district ? Washington County and in the state of Georgia for which I have this day taken his note for said rent. I also agree to allow Hardy Butler the use of all wood he may want for Plantation purposes, said hardy Bulter is not? to make any repairing on improvements in said land at his expense it is also agreed that all fruit on my land is to be equally divided between Hardy Bulter and myself.
