David Nelms Dies
News reached the city last week of the death of David Nelms, which occurred at his home in Henry County Thursday night. He had been in ill health for quite a time previous to the death. The burial took place on Friday following at Sardis church, funeral services being conducted by Rev. J. E. Pound, pastor of Sardis church.
Mr. Nelms was a true Christian man and that is the best endorsement of any name.
