Obituary
WALTER L. WRIGHT
Roberta, Oct 19 Funeral services for Walter L. Wright,
prominent citizen of Crawford County, were held Thursday
at Roberta Methodist Church with the Rev. C. T. Lawhorne
and the Rev. J. S. Winn officiating. Burial was in City
Cemetery.
The son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank H. Wright of
Knoxville, was a resident of Knoxville, Tenn. for 30
years.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Laura Grubb Wright; a
daughter, Mrs. J. B. McGee, Knoxville, Ga; a son, Walter
L. Wright, Jr., Knoxville, Tenn.; step-mother, Mrs. Maude
F. Wright of Ft. Valley; three sisters, Mrs. H. J.
McCrary and Mrs. D. Y. Hicks, Roberta; and Mrs. Hugh F.
Smisson of Ft. Valley; three brothers, E. S. Wright,
Knoxville, Ga., W. C. Wright and Francis Wright of Macon;
and five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
