What forged these men? Most had the courage of lions,
honor of Saints, and the hearts of Angles
.

I will not forget them.
Nor will my children
or my children's children

We should remember them with reverence,
this for valor shown on many battlefields. A valor of which will never be seen again.

This will be the place for your Civil War links and information on those that served from the Area.I find it very difficult to just include the ones that joined from Crawford.  Many times men would go over to Alabama or to a different county in Ga. to join because they wanted to serve with family or with a particular group.

Tell us about your ancestors that served that lived or had lived in the area.

Sketches of those who served.

I will not forget them.
Nor will my children
or my children's children
