Welcome
to Dooly County
Dooly County, Georgia was created 25 May, 1821 from Indian
lands ceded in 1821. The County Seat is Vienna. Dooly County was named
for Col. John Dooly who commanded a Regiment against the British at the
Battle of Kettle Creek in 1779.
Cities and Towns are:
Byromville, Dooling, Lilly, Pinehurst, Unadilla and Vienna.
