Located Off Hwy 41, about 1 mile North of Unadilla on west side of 41. Turn west by TriCo.

Cemetery No. 74 “Plot about 1 mi. North of Unadilla” in Watts & Nora Powell Book.

Surveyed by Helen Hudson & Davine V. Campbell and by them named, Tharpe Cem.



It is on THARPE ROAD and many of the people buried there are Tharpe Family Members.

This cemetery has NO NAME LISTED in the cemetery listings in “Historical & Genealogical Collections of Dooly Co., Ga. by Nora & Watts Powell. It was identified only by No. 74 - “Plot abt. One mi. north of Unadilla”
It is on THARPE ROAD and the majority of the graves are of Tharpe Family Members, therefore we are calling it the Tharpe Family Cemetery.
