Sir:

The justice of the Inferior Court of this County [inserted Bryan], acting as Commissioner 
of the Poor School has directed me to forward to your Excellency the enclosed list of the 
Children living in this County [inserted Bryan], who are entitled to a participation of the 
Poor School Fund.
