1) Subject line:  SURNAME, First Name - Year of Birth-Year of Death  County/State
Example:  (SMITH, John) 1838-1869 Chattooga County, GA
2) Body of Email Message: 
(SMITH, John) 1838-1869 Chattooga County, GA  parents:  John Smith, Senior and Eloise
HandiMcClean both of Portsmith, Arkansas.  John and Eloise were married in Georgia in 1797.... etc.  Site your sources where possible and give as much complete detailed information as you can to avoid miscommunication and wild goose chases. 
Additional information that is helpful is including allied lines or brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, etc.  Others may be researching those people and not know about your person, but may help you branch out your line farther.
