To all whom it may concern
This is to certify that while we the undersigned witnesses were attending to the wants of Jesse F. Kimbrough on Thursday
December the 3rd 1874 at his mothers residence near Cataula, Ga, about 6 o.c. p. m., Jesse F. Kimbrough being confident
that he would live but a short time and as he stated was anxious to settle his worldly affairs while he had strength and
as we beleive (sic) was of sound disposing mind, did then and there call for us to assemble around his bed and requested
that each and all of us should bear witness to what he might say, and without any influence [indecipherable] the part of
any one as far as we know, said that his will and anxiety was that his mother Mrs. Frances A. Hines should have and hold
his entire Estate both personal and real property and he wanted her to have, to own and control this property as hers
and to dispose of the same as she might in the future desire.
Signed, sealed and declared by us to be the verbal will of Jesse F. Kimbrough late deceased of Harris County, Georgia.
In witness whereof and in presence of each other we have this day set our hands and seals this Dec 26th 1874
