James T. Harmon the Son of Jacob Harmon and Ann his wife was born on Monday the 10th day of Sept. in the year of our Lord 1810.
Mary Harmon the daughter of Jacob Harmon and Ann was born on Monday 24 of August in the year of our Lord 1812.
Clariss Harmon the daughter of Jacob Harmon and Ann his wife was was [sic] born on Wednesday the 5th day of October in the year of our Lord 1814.
Lewis Myers Harmon the Son of Jacob Harmon and Ann his wife was born on Wednesday the 4 day of December in the year of our Lord 1816.
Thomas T.[G.?] Harmon the son of Jacob Harmon and Ann his wife was born Thursday the 17th day of Sept. in the year of our Lord 1818.
