In Re-Petition of C. A. Greer and W. H. Stewart, for Probate in Solemn Form of the WILL of Mrs. Sallie Oliver.
The foregoing petition read and considered.
Ordered, That the heir-at-law of Mrs. Sallie Oliver, to wit, Dr. T. P. Oliver, and the legatees to said Will, to wit: Mrs. Georgia E. Jones, Mrs. Lucy Jones, Nellie Jones, W. A. Jones, Mrs. E. B. Doolittle and Miss Maxie English, do be and appear before the Court of Ordinary of said county, on the First Monday in February, 1900, then and there to show cause why said WILL should not be admitted to probate in solemn form as prayed for.
Further ordered. That this citation be served personally on Dr. T. P. Oliver and Miss Maxie English ten days before the said term of this Court and that Mrs. Georgia M. Jones, Mrs. Lucy Jones, Nellie Jones, W. A. Jones, Mrs. E. B. Doolittle, who are non-residents of the State of Georgia be served by publication of this citation once a week for four weeks in THE MACON COUNTY CITIZEN, a newspaper published in the County of Macon, said State.
