Macon Co., Ga. Will Book A Pg. 42 October 13, 1865
In the name of God Amen, I ALLEN WIGGINS, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and constitute this my last Will and Testament, revoking others.
ITEM 1st - My Will, desire & prayer to God is that I may ___
to his will and go to heaven with him when I die and further that my body shall be buried in a Christian like manner.
ITEM 2nd - Just debts by paid.
ITEM 3rd - To beloved wife, CATHERINE E. WIGGINS to
have the following: a negro man, Anthony, about 30, Mary,
a negro woman of dark complexion about 25, also five hundred dollars.
ITEM 4th - The rest of my property with which a kind Providence has blessed me shall go to and be equally divided between my children: WILLIAM A. WIGGINS,
SARAH DEAKLE, ANN E., JOHN C., ALLEN M. C., MARTHA F. MARY E., CATHARINE E., CHARLES W.,
AND ROBERT A. WIGGINS. Share and Share alike.
ITEM 5th - The property Willed to me by my Father during
my life, then to my children, should go and decend to them
according to the provision of said Will.
ITEM 6th - Appoint my oldest son, WILLIAM A. WIGGINS
to be the Executor.
