Eliza Robinson Will
Macon County, Ga. Will Book "A" Pg. 295 Date: 11-20-1883
MACON COUNTY, GEORGIA - In the name of God Amen.
I, Eliza Robinson of Macon County, Georgia, being of sound and disposing mind
and memory deem it right & proper that I should make a disposition of my worldly
property & effects while I have health and strength so to do. I do therefore
make this my last will and trestament.
ITEM 1 - I desire my body to be buried in a decent and Christianlike manner
suitable to my circumstance in life - My soul I trust will return to rest with
God, who gave it.
ITEM 2 - Just debts (if any) to be paid.
ITEM 3 - To Beloved daughter, FANNIE E. ROBINSON, one hundred acres of land, the
same being my HOME PLACE where I now live with its appurtenances.
ITEM 4 - To my two beloved sons, WM. A. ROBINSON &
JOHN E. ROBINSON, all the balance of my land attached to my said home place, the
same containing two hundred and thirty acres, more or less to be divided equally
between them.
ITEM 5 - To my two beloved daughters, BETTIE COOK, wife of Emanuel Cook and
CATHERINE EDGE, wife of Null (?) Edge, Lot of land No. 52 in th 29thDist. of
Originally Lee, Now Macon County except ten acres on the Southwest corner of
said lot, the same to be divided equally between them, provided that the share
of Catherine Edge in said land is to go to her during her natural life and then
to her children.
ITEM 6 - To son, WILLIAM A. ROBINSON and my daughter, FANNIE E. ROBINSON, all my
personal property of every description whatever, including all my live stock,
household furniture, notes & all evidences of debts ,etc. to be divided equally
between them, share and share alike.
ITEM 7 - Nominate and appoint my Son-In-Law, EMANUEL COOK, Executor of this my
last will and testament.
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand & affixed my seal, this the
20th day of November 1883.

Eliza Robinson was the widow of John F. Robinson &
according to the J. F.Robinson Bible Record in the "History of Macon County" pg.
459/460 John F. Robinson departed this life May 22, 1877 and Eliza Warren
Robinson departed this life, June 21, 1891.
[Note: I do not find a marked grave for either of them in "Cemeteries of Macon
County"]
