Will Book A
In the name of God, Amen. I Robert D. Martin being of advanced age and knowing that I must shortly depart this life deeming it right and proper that as respects myself and family that I should make a disposition of my property, with which a kind providence has blessed me. I therefore make this my last will and testament hereby revoking and annulling all others heretofore made by me.

Item 1: I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent manner, suitable to my circumstances
Item 2:Just debts be paid without delay.
Item 3: Desire and direct that all property now in possession at my death be sold and the proceeds to be equally divided amongst all of my children now living and my two grandchildren, George and Eleanor Lewis (Children of my deceased daughter Sarah Lewis) then share equally with the rest.
Item 4: I constitute and desire my son John and Robert Baldwin to act as my executor. Dec 24 1861
